Q: Are all items in stock and ready to ship?

A: To ensure the highest quality and provide our full catalog of Balinese designs, PlasaBali now operates on a Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) basis. This means we do not carry “ready stock,” but instead, we hand-craft each item specifically for your order once payment is confirmed.

Q: How long will it take to produce my order?

A: Our standard production lead time is 7–10 business days after your payment is received. This allows our artisans the necessary time to cast, finish, and quality-check your pieces.

Q: What if I have a very large wholesale order?

A: For high-volume orders, the production process may take longer than the standard 10-day window. If your order requires an extended timeline, our team will contact you directly with a personalized estimated completion date.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship immediately after the production process is complete. You will receive a notification and tracking details as soon as your package leaves our workshop in Bali.

Q: What payment options available at Plasabali?
APlasaBali accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express bank cards.  PayPal is also available as a payment option.

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: The minimum spend levels is US $50 as a requirement for ordering.

Q: Can I change or add to orders that has been placed?
A: Yes, it would be possible as long as the order has not been shipped out
