A: PlasaBali accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express bank cards. PayPal is also available as a payment option.
Q: What is the minimum order?
A: PlasaBali does not impose minimum or maximum spend levels as a requirement for ordering.
Q: Do you accept back orders?
A: We cannot accept backorders for delivery to international addresses. If any item you need is out of stock, we will contact you for an estimate of when the item(s) will be available. Usually it will be 1-2 weeks to restock. If you agree to wait until they are ready in stock again, we will ship the whole ordered items together.

Q: How to Report Damaged or Missing Items for an International Order
